We have shopped at Levin for years and have always been pleased with our sellections. The gentleman that helped us, Scott Evanoff, was fantastic and a real pleasure. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions before we made our final decision on our purchases. We met Ginny at the door and she was a great listener and was able to meet our needs since we have very small rooms in our older home and spent a lot of time with us until we found the exact items to purchase. Levin's had a good amount of furniture for us to choose from -- everything was not massive for a larger home. It was a very good experience and I expect that we will be back for accessory pieces after everything arrives and is in place.
Great sales lady no pressure, gave us time to browse and was there when needed to answer any questions.
Customer service is great. Friendly. Quick. Everything was explained clearly. My questions answered. Plus I was able to get some of the cost back on the recently purchased mattress.
