I am happy Robert Levin made the decision to keep at least some control and maintain the representation of the store. I had very good experience, my salesman Frank Magnanti was excellent. He walked me through customizing a sofa. He was knowledgeable and patient with an old lady. He was thoughtful and kind making suggestions and listening to my requests.
