i am a return customer bc Levin typically will make good if something goes wrong or expectation are not meet. I really appreciate the good customer service that is always provided. I had very good experience, my salesman Frank Magnanti was excellent. He walked me through customizing a sofa. He was knowledgeable and patient with an old lady. He was thoughtful and kind making suggestions and listening to my requests.
