We were very pleased with the service we received. Elaine was very helpful, professional and thorough during our purchase.
Of course I was able to find something that I loved, even though it was only a runner for my kitchen. I must say, our sales associate did not seem as pleased as I was. Generally, they are all over you , but he seemed disappointed that I wasn’t purchasing a big load.
It was great working with Chuck. We visited the showroom on a Saturday evening and he was able to talk to the rep immediately and get all of our questions answered.
Frank is the greatest. Very good product knowledge, not pushy, great sense of humor, felt like I knew him all my life, even though we just meet last week!!!!
