I ordered a couch back in October that has yet to arrive despite being told it would be three weeks it will now be 4 months if it is not delayed again. Even worse is that horrible costumer service never once have I been informed of the delay by phone or email. I found it out by searching my order on the site. After spending thousands at this company I would expect at least an apologiztic email about they the dely. But pure silence. Once they have ur money they could care less about you. Couch broke after 10 days. Sat on it twice. No children, just an old guy who thought it would be nice to have new furniture. The armrest failed and when the service person came out we discovered it was made out of cardboard, yes cardboard. Dorette the salesperson from Levin told us this was next to the top of the line. Repairman also told us only two repairs would be made, even though it is covered under warranty. This is junk furniture that I paid a lot of hard earned money for. The sales lady knew her product. But, I have a previous purchase from 2024 which has an interest along with when it should be paid off with promotion. I did ask her how do they separate purchases with different promotions. She said Levin credit co will separate them on your bill. Well she did not know what she was saying because now I have to call Levin every month and tell them where I want my payment allocated. Nothing but a lot of work.

Communication explaining better from representative to consumer. About warranties and product. From consumer to representative the needs of that consumer. And the end result what they really wanted

My experience was wonderful. Dorrette was very knowledgeable and competent. She never pushed anything on me. Heidi was great also. Financing took longer than expected but I felt comfortable with the ladies.
