I had a ridiculously over-lengthy transaction with a salesman, but the manager Todd came to talk to me after I walked away from that particular transaction. Todd listened to the details of the event, and then very professionally made it right for me. I will happily return to Levin, because this manager truly cared about my experience as a customer. This sets them above and beyond all furniture retail stores!
