Ordered reclining sofa and loveseat. Very quick process. Scheduled delivery.
Everyone was friendly and so gracious. We ended up dealing with Jackie. She was knowledgeable and accommodating. A couch and special order fabric was chosen, we were treated very nicely by the office staff, and our purchase was made. A good experience.
Great. India greeted me on Sunday and I glanced around with very little time. I returned today and asked for her. She let me wander around without looking over my shoulder and completed my transaction swiftly.
Very quick delivery - the delivery staff were very professional and very helpful. I couldn't be more satisfied with their performance and they both should be recognized positively. Please extend my thank you to them both. Love the recliner. It's so much better than my old one, so solid and so comfortable.
