Absolutely fabulous experience. I know what I wanted and Lynne knew exactly what I wanted, Wonderful wonderful employee. Been Leviin customer for many years and Levin is always my first choice. My husband and I purchased a sofa. We were told it was in stock. We agreed to buy. As our information was processed i. The computer system, we were told (after sale was rung up) that the sofa might be delayed 8-10 weeks. I was in 3 days prior to the date I purchased my furniture. Cindy S was our sales person that day and was helpful. We decided to think it over . Purchased mattress and adjustable base thru Levin located on Washington road, McMurray PA. Sales professional Kristen W. was fantastic ! Knowledgeable, patient, and very personable! Conducting my own preliminary research on Mattress brands, Kristen was very intricate in all the details that led to my mattress purchase.. In the end, even completed an additional desk purchase. I purchased in mid October many pieces from Levins in Peters Township for my son's new home. The initial delivery was a disaster with the wrong bolts being supplied for a console table as well as a desk (which I don't even have the patience to discuss here). The console table bolts were inserted upside down and were hanging down from the top by 2 inches. In attempting to get the bolts to fit and not show, unnecessary holes were drilled. We drove up to Levins to look at mattresses on January 4. After a lengthy visit and 2 incentives which included $200 off the particular mattress brand we liked plus a $300 visa gift card to us after delivery we planned to come back. We were assured of the date of January 13 of the sale being over. After checking other prices locally and deciding Levins had the best pricing and making a call back to Levins mattress dept to make sure these incentives were still in effect which we were told they were we drove back up to Levins... read more

Bought a sectional and their warranty that they said covered stains, punctures and more. # years later, we turned in a claim for a puncture of one of the cushions and they will not stand by their own warranties. Levins is a joke and I will never shop there again. Their furniture is crap and their do not stand behind their furniture or their warranty.
