Yvonne, the sales rep who worked with us, was extremely helpful in showing us how to purchase the sofa chaise we wanted online. We would’ve bought it in store, but forgot to bring along the measurements for our current sofa to compare/make sure it would fit in our living room. She was very patient and showed us what links to click/steps to follow on the Levin website.
