Our sales associate, Hillary was great. I had to use Levin’s portal to pay for the lamps that we wanted to purchase. I tried twice but the portal wouldn’t let me submit my payment info. After the first time , I left Hillary a msg on her cellphone. There was a Cust Svc.number on the website that I called to see if my payment info went thru , it didn’t so I tried again. Kim and the manager (Matt?) took the time to explain the features of the mattresses and other related products we were checking out. There was some confusion on our part on the sales promotion but they were willing to work with us where possible. Levins had a good selection and we’re excited about the Beautyrest Black hybrid mattress we selected.
