We ordered a bed, mattress, and box spring from Levin towards the end of January.Delivery attempt #1: The team first arrived on 2/17/22. There was an issue with the items loaded on the truck, and we received two headboards and no footboard. The mattress and boxspring were delivered. If I could give a zero I would. This has been a terrible experience. We purchased a sectional and chair. We sat in it when in the store and due to being comfortable we bought it Whenwe received it it was very hard and uncomfortable. After dealing with the store manager,and finding out in returning it what the restocking amount would be plus the delivering charge it would have been over a $1,000 dollars and we would have nothing. I ordered a couch in Sept 2020. I was told the couch would be back ordered due to COVID-19 and probably be ready to be shipped to us in Dec 2020. I told them I understood. In Dec 2020 we get a call and say that it was pushed back to Jan 2021. Then in Jan we were called and we were told it was not ready until Feb 2021. Encounter with multiple locations and HQ in PA regarding a chair that was broken in half. The process to exchange broken furniture to this company is internet based. I was denied access to Corporate location to properly fill paperwork out and drop off chair to be inspected then exchanged. Ive been placed on an email list to input pictures and a determination will be made based on the photos. We bought a matching couch and chair for more than $3000 from Levin Furniture in October of 2018. At the time, the saleswoman suggested we purchase the 5-year protection plan. She explained that it covered any and all damage or issues with the furniture, from the reclining mechanism to the leather and everything in between for a period of 5years from date of purchase. Awful experience. I spent close to $9,000 on furniture. Received some pieces on time. I knew shipping was delayed due to Covid so I was patient. Every time I called to confirm a delivery date I was given for bed they would say another month. Really, its supposed to be delivered in two days and no one called to tell me its not coming again. We purchased a sofa and chair on October 15. They were delivered six weeks later. The sofa fabric was damaged. They said they were ordering a part. I called every week to find out where the "part" was. Finally They said it was shipped on December 23. They say they still don't have it. I've asked several times for them to come and get it and return my money. They refused. To add insult to injury the motor on the chair stopped working on December 31!! I'd just like them to come get their furniture and give my $2500 back!! So u... read more
