Wish I would have looked on bbb before I bought our sofa. We were told by salesman we would get our sofa September 20-30, 2020 we have called levin and the person we talk to is rude and nasty. The sofa is completely paid for. I feel so stupid for not looking here first.

I have been frustrated with Levin’s service over the last 3 months but I have reached my breaking point today when they tried to offer me the same piece of defective furniture twice in a row. Big Deal you bought them back Robert L**** - then do what is right and honor the purchases that were made. Paying additional money to extend a warranty and then not refunding that money or honoring the warranty makes for very poor customer service. You're trying to repair you name by buying them back??? I for one only care about the furniture I bought that you are not honoring. It's wrong...on so many levels.

We purchased a couch from hermitage pa Levin Furniture in February 2020 and put 500 dollars down and they closed. we never got our couch or refund Please help with this matter

We purchased a sectional couch a little over a year ago when I was pregnant. We loved it at first, but a year later and it is totally falling apart. Legs falling off, seams coming undone, the cushions do not even stay in the couch and the cushions are losing their cushion already. They are supposed to last 7-10 years and we spent over $1000 for this couch and now, is is useless. Do not buy from Levins if they come back unless they fix their quality issues. We bought a couch and paid up front in early February 2020 It is now May 19th and we still haven't received what we paid for. No one is answering any phone calls emails etc. This is just sickening all that money down the drain i really wish someone could help me.

My husband and I paid in full for a reclining chair with the protection plan in February. We were told pick up around March 16th. That day came and went and they are now in bankruptcy and I cannot get ahold of them. I dont know what to do. There is a form to fill out on their website for the bankruptcy but I dont know how to fill it out. This is not right and so many people are losing out on their hard earned money.

I purchased a reclining chair on February 13, 2020. I paid the $749 in full and now Levins is in bankruptcy. Unable to get in contact with the company. Have to file a complaint with the Attorney General and BBB. I believe the salesperson probably knew about this but did not say anything. When I called to check on order I was told the delivery date was May 15.. Now I can not get min touch with anyone. I, along with everyone else will lose the money.

I special ordered a sectional in January and told it would be about 12 weeks in the meantime I guess that Levins had financial problems they are now in bankruptcy court That’s all and well but spending the money I did and putting down $700 on a sectional I am now told they have no idea when I will get it The lady I talk to was rude told me she was there for 20 years and maybe I should read the story about the Levin family and somebody should’ve contacted me.
