Do not buy any furniture off of this company if you get bad furniture off of them they won't let you get a new set even if you paid 3000$ you can't get it replaced i had two issues with this furniture it looks like bad now don't look the same not happy at all bullsht company

Salesperson showed us a few options, we purchased, paid and completed the transaction in 30 mins or less. Extremely disappointed that because we purchased the “close out” mattress it did not include delivery but the box springs did include delivery- seriously? If customers want to pick up a mattress and box springs they should go to Sam’s Club and buy a Sealey. Lack of customer service in that respect is lacking.

You hid a $200.00 delivery fee in the invoice. We had no advance notification of this. You got us this time, but there won’t be a next time. Maybe that’s why that store changes names every couple months.

Beware of getting furniture from them. Do you realize you have only 3 days to get a replacement if something is wrong with your furniture? Unfortunately most people would not realize after 3 days that a recliner leans to the left all the time after sitting in it for a while. Trying to get help with customer service is a joke! You may want to go elsewhere where people care about you.

Not a good one! Sales people great..sales rep from LazyBoy company…I could strangle! In Nov the wait for my chair was 10 weeks…in Jan it was not until July! 32 weeks! Are you kidding me! Disgusting!
