We had a great shopping experience at the store. Salesperson was very friendly and professional and we never felt pressured. We ordered a sectional sofa and power recliner. While at the store, both my mother and I asked the salesperson if the sectional comes with a bracket to connect the pieces since the display model was “pushed apart.” We were assured that it did! Very easy to work with. They didn’t follow us around the store or put any pressure on us to make a purchase right away. We shopped multiple stores and we fell in love with a couch. Rather than getting a couch and loveseat we opted for 2 couches because it was only a few dollars more for an extra seat and we had the space. Thank you for making our shopping experience a great one!!!
The salesman was attentive and very nice and came in quick enough, being special order. However, it has been approximately 6 weeks since we got our two chairs. One is a flexsteel swivel chair. Although I do like the look of the chair, there is a severe chemical smell which I hoped would dissipate… but it has NOT. It is enough to make your eyes tear, and I am not someone who has allergies. It is quite impossible to even sit in it and the chemical smell permeates the living room and beyond. Beware!
Julie was a great help with finding a mattress for my mother in law. Julie has assisted me in an earlier purchase and I made sure to find her for this purchase as well. When we first went into Levin we told workers we were just looking and would find someone when ready. All of the employees respected this and did not follow us or pressure us while we browsed. When we were ready to make an our base Julie was efficient and friendly and we were quickly taken care of. I will definitely shop at Levin furniture again
I had a great experience, Robbie was fantastic to work with through the process. Got the perfect mattress and the delivery team was fast and efficient. Will gladly do business with Levin again.
