Heather did a great job. She helped me find the correct chair that I was looking for! She researched the Stressless site and put together exactly the chair and ottoman I wanted! She spent quite a bit of time with me, she stayed composed and focused and I purchased the chair and look forward to receiving it soon!!! In short……she did gave me outstanding service!!!

My husband and I arrived 20 minutes before closing, at that time we decided on a living room set. Sandra stayed well after closing to complete the sale. She spent time with us without over selling. Thanks Sandra
