Charlene was a wonderful mattress sales associate. She explained things very well and gave me lots of time to experiment with the various mattresses for sale. She was very thoughtful and kind. I enjoyed my shopping exp very much. So much so, that I bought two mattresses and box springs that were on the July 4th sale. Thanks to Charlene for her great assistance.
