Salesperson, Dan was very helpful and friendly. Bought a lift chair for a my sister in law who has a physical disability and is moving in with us. I was told I would receive the chair in January. . But by the time it too to process payment I was told February. Why the delay? Because I didn’t purchase a warranty? I certainly hope not. I’ve given Levin my business over the years and hope that is not the reason. We really need the chair in January.
