We were looking to purchase a recliner and saw one we liked. Mike Czekaj offered to help us and gave us exceptional service. He answered all of our questions and we ordered the recliner to be delivered on Thursday. Our experience was five star.

Charlene was so helpful and patient with us. She showed us many options and gave us dimensions, prices, and fabric choices. She allowed us to take samples home. We felt that we could not have had a better clerk to help us with our decisions. We would give her an A plus rating.
