We asked to see Gordon upon our arrival and told him what we were looking for. He said he was with another customer. We agreed to look about and found everything we needed - a couch and lamp that would work for us. When Gordon returned, he answered all our questions, and then took care of the paperwork for our order. He explained all of the costs before I signed and paid. We then drove our vehicle around to the back of the store to pick up the lamp which Gordon had wrapped up for us.

Dawn was fabulous. Not at all aggressive. She was smart and kind and a great listener. I was shopping for a comfy chair and ottoman. She was so knowledgeable which really helped. I bought one that I made changes to - fabric, arm style, legs etc. I am so excited for when it comes in. Your store is huge with lots of nice items.
