Had purchased a sofa a while ago from Levin. Had Jerome as our salesperson. He was great. Now we were looking for 2 recliners. Went back to Jerome. He was great to work with. We are now awaiting delivery.

Update Aug 2026 - now that my mattress has been delivered I am happy to leave a final 5 star review for Levin Mattress! Every Levin employee I encountered was courteous, patient, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. There wasn't anymore they could have done to make the purchase of a mattress a more positive experience. The bed itself was delivered with care and arrived clean, with no odor or off-gassing, and in brand new condition having just been manufactured in July 2026.
