We needed a new recliner for me after some major surgery, and the local State College Levin's staff and inventory were exactly what we needed. There was also some urgency to get the delivery done so I had the new recliner as soon as possible. The product quality & features are top notch, everyone wants to sit there now! Sales agent: Thomas Rook was very helpful, pleasant and courteous. After sales support was also superb. After picking up the furniture I had difficulty inserting some parts. A call back to the sales agent instructed me to bring the piece back. The warehouse staff took immediate care of it for me.

Purchased happened quickly under terms I was pleased with. A little disappointed with the time to delivery, but sales folks could not help that.

Quavante was friendly, professional and never pressured us. He was very helpful when we asked questions, and very thorough when working through the paperwork. He was great! The interior designer (sorry, forgot her name) was also friendly and professional, and was a great help choosing fabrics and colors! A great selection of furniture items we were interested in purchasing.
