I went in to purchase a mattress totaling over 5 grand. Used my debit card for the transaction and the associate voided it out. The money went out of my bank account immediately. I was in the store for over 2 hours trying to get this resolved, still willing to proceed with my purchase. The associate swore that the money wasn’t taken out by your company and it would reflect that in my bank in 3 days. It is now over a week and I still do not have my money.
