Thorough, knowledgeable, friendly doctor and staff. Dr. Strong answered all my questions and did not rush through the appointment. I was treated with courtesty and respect. Willing to order necessary tests, and knowledgeable on how to code the insurance requests. A breath of fresh air compared to the care I was previously receiving.
Dr. Strong is not only professional and kind, he takes time to fully understand your concerns and questions and treats you as a human being and not a number. He’s very personable and comfortable to talk with, providing quality information and recommendations.
The office is open, nicely decorated, and clean. The staff behind the reception desk were friendly and helpful. Dr. Strong was his usual friendly self. He was serious when we were talking about my problem, but had a good sense of humor when I made a joke. Dr. Strong developed a plan to address my issue and he put that plan into action while I was still with him. I 100% trust Dr. Strong with my care. He is a wonderful who surgeon. Great Doc! I felt like he listened to me with compassion and professionalism in understanding my medical concerns. He was thorough in asking questions and assessing my medical situation. I have full confidence and feel supported being under the care of Dr. Strong & his staff. I highly recommend!
Dr. Strong really showed compassion and was a good listener. My meeting with him was the first we ever had but I went away feeling that Dr. Strong was really concerned about my health.
