RecommendedThe staff was very friendly and helpful despite the hurricane. The location was excellent and the house was clean with a well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely use them again next year. Wish I could post a pic here.
The company had a great upkeep with information in between the Covid and the hurricane from last season up to our stay last week in the hurricane that hit that week they called twice to check on us to make sure everything was OK! Great company to book thru and would highly recommend!

We've been going to Topsail Beach for years and Lewis Realty always makes the rental process smooth and efficient. They respond immediately to emails and calls, and everyone is very friendly.
They were very nice to deal with. I didnt book with them I went through online site. I didnt know there was a $225 linen rental fee and the place came with no towels or sheets on beds. That was a first for me with a $2500 dollar rental. The staff I talked to were really nice and the place was perfect other than that. Lewis realty should make the online brokers disclose that to people. I will book throug Lewis direct next time
We had a wonderful stay in Dolphin Rise Beach House , the check in and out process was so convenient and no problems.
