DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Their show room is COMPLETELY different from the room you actually get. We had to live in this dump for a year and a half. All the cabinets were so old they just broke off and no one would ever come fix them so the whole time we lived there I was so embarrassed to invite people over because we didn't have cabinets. I hope you don't ever have to talk to the office staff. One of them in particular is VERY RUDE.
I highly do not recommend that people live here. The overall quality of the apartment varies drastically from each apartment. The carpet and appliances needed to be updated. I continuously had a bug issue all year round, despite having requested for the apartment to be sprayed. The staff does not keep you informed on inmportant dates, and they are not helpful in any situation.
Absolutely terrible. Mean and inept staff, orrible creaking, paper thin walls. Do not sign the contract without checking the place inside. Stained carpets, water leaks, ant and spider infestation. Not worth the rent.
These apartments have extremely poor construction. If you live on the bottom floor and your neighbors are up, you are not going to be sleeping. It almost sounds like the roof is going to literally collapse. The staff and property owners ought to be embarrassed. Instead, they post fake reviews and give this horrible complex 5 star ratings in every category. This is something you don't experience...
This apartment complex offered $150 to any resident to post a positive review here. Don't trust a word of what you see here.
I LIKED IT. ApartmentReviews The property manager is very rude and unhelpful. The maintenance is way behind. After three attempts to repair my shower, i gave up and just dealing with it until i move out. Would not recommend to anyone.
