Thus is just a review boutique communication. 2 times recently I came here under the impression they were open. The first time when I googled them, it said they were open. They were not. It had snowed outside, but not much. The second time there was a note on Google that holiday hours may affect this. I called to check. Terrible scheduling. Scheduled a return visit to see what I thought was their optician to buy glasses but which turned out to be another full eye exam duplicating the first. Came back again and bought 3 pair of glasses. Back again to pick them up and waited in line 15 minutes before receptionist (who had been helping, very slowly, only one patient ahead of me) who told me I didn’t need to wait and could have gone directly to the optician. I visited the Lexington Eye Associates in Concord, MA, for a routine eye exam. Ignoring an extensively long duration of a visit, the experience of communicating with a doctor’s assistant and the doctor himself during my eye exam was satisfying. When I received a bill from them, I was surprised to see that my visit was processed by their billing department as a sick visit. Very caring group of doctors and staff. I just had my second cataract removed and astigmatism corrected. I haven't been able to see this well for 8 years. (I tried to get it done sooner but the insurance company didn't think it was necessary). I recommend Lexington Eye Associates to anyone who wants the best eye care.
