From the moment we hung our shingle and our first patients started walking through our doors, patients made it clear that our services were needed. I had to ask Dr Angel Farnis to wash his hands and apply gloves before examining me. Infection control is a must. Should not have to ask staff to wash hands.

The nurse practitioner that called me was very polite and attentive to my request. She was very informative about the process and procedures that I needed to know about.
