The service was PERFECT, all of the employees were VERY VERY VERY friendly, Robyn and Valery were very helpful showed MAJOR concern about me as a patient, there were many days they contacted me to make sure everything was setup and taken care of before my appointment. I can’t remember the other lady’s name that took my blood and inserted my I.V. but she was VERY good and friendly also, she got it right the first time unlike other place that have stick me many times. Amazing is all that I can say, I’m so grateful… It’s finished, thank God. Second time around, and I have nothing but, more praise… Thank you Lexington Plastic surgery and Dr. Jones (all the amazing staff) for the removal of my second keloid on my right ear lobe. I first came in April to have my keloid removed on my left ear lobe and it has healed perfectly. No hyperpigmentation, normal looking ear lobe, and it just looks beautiful and I’m so grateful… My right ear lobe, is healing nicely, I even think it will recover quicker... read more

There were some technical difficulties but we were finally able to connect. There was some confusion about the time. The consultant rep was very personable and knowledgeable. The connection was spotty though.

So far having great experience with Robin so pleasantly scheduling my visits and helping out however she can to accommodate my schedule.
