I think that my service representative is honest whose recommendations I can trust. He takes the time to explain the service work that needs to be done. In addition, he is always polite and dependable. I have taken my car to the Lexus of Mount Kisco Service Department for all maintenance work since I purchased my ]car because I feel that the service department does a good job of keeping track of and providing the work that needs to be done to keep my car in good working order.
