I had a wonderful experience buying a certified used ES350 at Lexus of Lexington. Liz Elliott was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to work with. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had and when the dealership couldn't find the second key to my newly purchased car they ordered a brand new one very quickly and had it programmed and in my hands within the week.

I had an incredible experience at Lexus of Lexington. The staff are all very friendly without coming off as just wanting to take your money, like most other dealerships I've been to. When I first came in I was greeted by their accommodating and friendly receptionist who showed me to some free BBQ they were having in the lobby.
