RecommendedGetting a new car was a really big thing for us, and we were very nervous about how we would be treated. I have to say that Phil and Manav really looked after us. We were made to feel very welcome at the dealership and on both occasions all our questions were answered and we were helped to make the right decisions for us based on our needs. Had a great test drive in the Lexus LBX today with Cameron. Warm welcome in the showroom, with the car waiting for us. Varied route selected which allowed us to experience many of the features of this great car. Coffee and biscuits to finish, overall excellent experience.

Car is great, staff are great, no fuss, good coffee and 'while you wait' service. Car returned serviced, cleaned and 'see you next year' stuff. very pleasant experience. The original sales chap (Cameron) even came over to say hello (a year later) as he clearly remembered me, frankly I've seen that happen to all revisting car owners. Nice touch!
My fourth NX with them and all the people I have dealt with have been always helpful and professional. A special mention to Scott, who has been especially helpful with my questions and making the process smoother
