Great experience I dropped into the dealership for a test drive but eventually bought a SUV just because of the great experience I had in the dealership.
Always treated well. I had my brakes checked and serviced. The pads were still good, so they didn't change them even though I authorized it. They replaced the brake fluid as I requested and couldn't be happier.
Lexus of fife is top notch Super smooth buying/ negotiating process. Bill the salesman very helpful and accommodating. Easy financial piece as well. Didn’t feel pressure. It was a win win.

Stellar customer service Everyone from the gentleman delivered & received the loaner, to the cashier, to Matt Houghton (who's been my service rep the past two visits), are friendly & extremely competent. We Were Completely Taken Care Of We shopped at another (non Lexus) dealership down the way, and even test drove a car I had been researching.
