I did not have to pressure this company as I had to others and they handled their payment directly with my insurance company!! So disappointed when pick up my brand new C-V and noticed scratches and dent that were not there before. I hand-washed my car the day before dropping it off and knows exactly where any damage is. Also, they threw all my stuff from front console to trunk without telling me! I had a very hard time reaching back of trunk plus they left a lot of crumbs on carpet in trunk.
