Great customer service. They listen and understand and work with you. The program is slow but steady. They succeeded in negotiating with a very difficult account. They do put their 100% into making this debt consolidation program work but it also requires our participation to fund our dedicated account. It has not been easy trying to get back up on my feet but they have been very understanding. So for that thank you!!
