The experienced employees who answer the phone are awesome!! They very knowledgeable and are very professional to work with!!
Very easy application process over the phone. Representative was friendly, re-assuring and very very thorough. Any question(s) I had were answered in detail and he didn't make me feel like I was someone who didn't care about my bills. I became ill and hospitalized the start of 2024 and he was able to get me into a "hardship" program that is affordable for me. Thank you Americor!

Im not sure what to think yet. Im just getting started in this program. The Interest is eating all my payments. I feel like Im going nowhere! Three stars till I get started in the program. Im very nervous about this to begin with but yet excited to get rid of these cards! Im praying they all agree so it ends sooner than later. Im worried about my FICO score going to the bottom, because, I was working to get it higher.
They have been very helpful in getting my debt paid down. Im happy I chose to go this route. Everyone has been super nice and helpful.
