I think they operate in a professional and timely manner Their communication was clear, timely, and precise
Communication could be better. I have called about an account that I had accepted an agreement on not being reflected on the ap. I was told it was accepted and that it would be updated, but 5 days later it is still not updated. I have not heard anything else about that issue but another account was agreed upon and updated. Overall I am happy with the results of their work just like to be updated more often.
Over all, it's been good. If I have any questions they are quick to answer them. Iam satisfy so far.
