Am very happy with their service so far. Appreciate the little encouragement emails I get every so often and the staff keeps on top of things. Only negative is that when I got my first offer, I accepted right away but it took the company and all its partners to realize it. Got 5 subsequent emails and calls notifying me of the offer and even a recommendation to accept by one of their lawyers... after I had accepted it online. Otherwise, I have great confidence that they will reduce my debt significantly.
