All the staff had provided me with professional and courteous services. The kinds of loans were presented to me clearly but the details were not as clear as needed. Furthermore, the process of signing up for any specific loans was a little bit rushed. Consequently, I felt like I was "forced" to make loan decisions more rushed than I would like. I called on Monday to get a payoff quote for our line of credit and spoke with ***********************, she was kind, knowledgeable, and prompt with the request. As a side note Ive had nothing but good interaction with the Credit9 people, they all seem genuinely kind and willing to help.
I appreciate the service and attention that I received from credit9 customer service **** ************************ Even though I was calling to get a payment address, she went out of her way to ask the purpose of as well as giving me clear instructions and explanations of how to get everything processed. It has been a great experience working with Credit9 and I appreciate them being there when our family needed them the most.
