Initially I was skeptical that credit debt could be negotiated down. The program was comprehensive and the communication was timely (even when I was impatient). *************************** and ************************** were responsive and great to work with. Although your credit score will be impacted, if you want to get out from under credit card/loan debt, I highly recommend Credit 9.
