This process was easy, I chose this process to help get rid of my debt as it was a way for me to cancel my cards and get out of the debt. The process does help you but its over time, but it is worth it. I am at the end of mine and well know I seeing the benefits to it and how easy it was to do it. **************** is top-notch with this program. Even when I cancelled they were great. The only area of improvement would be to inform customers of the time it will take complete the interview, so that they have the time to see it through. They kinda bait and switch you, so that you think you are applying for just a loan, to consolidate debt, not knowing that this is a whole program.
