Jessica was great she went step by step on how things worked. The emails she sent to me she explain them and made sure everything was understood. Asked if there was any questions and then called the next day to make sure I went through everything and understood. And if there was any questions and if I needed anything answered I could call her or customer service. She made me feel easy through the whole process.
