Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and definitely took the time to educate me on their program however I was experiencing doubts and uncertainty with moving forward and felt pressured into signing. When I called back to cancel after consideration I was again pressured into not canceling. This may be a great program however feeing pressured into something gave me a bad gut feeling.
The representative I contacted was wonderful. His name is Michael and he walked me through the entire process and was able to help me.

Wow! They made this experience very informative for me. They told me things about credit cards that I was totally unaware of they were extremely professional and thorough in explaining to me the process of what was going to take place and what I needed to do. This is going to lower my monthly Credit card payments so I will actually be able to pay off my credit cards within 2 1/2 years.
