i have to say that Tony Y**** gave me all the information I needed to make my decision. He went through all the documents with me. When I expressed my concern that I had attempted a similar program years ago, he informed that this sort of program was now government regulated and all was on the up and up. I was singed up for a customer portal so that I could periodically check my account and what progress we are at.
