Great customer service. Being in debt is not something that can weigh on you. They helped me feel as comfortable as possible throughout this process and I always felt that someone was there if I needed it.
I tried a company prior to Americor and I discontinued using them because they were taking money out of my account but we're not keeping me informed of their progress, needless to say I canceled and received a $900 refund. They are always available to answer my questions patiently. Which I greatly appreciate. This is all new to me. I always paid my bills on time, so the txt, emails, and calls are nerve wrecking and troublesome. Even though I was educated that this would happen, its still troublesome.
