I read the reviews before starting with Americor, I took the good with the bad. I’ve also worked in numerous customer service positions in the past so I understand first hand how things can go not as planned pending on the customers response time, etc. If you can understand their process, and respond to their requests in a timely fashion, there’s no reason why the Americor program shouldn’t work for you like it did me! knowledgeable, I like what he put out on the table. When he first started talking to me I was like man here we go but the more this guy talked the more I listened. The agent that is helping me is very good at what he does. Something about his voice I haven’t pinpointed yet but his voice alone sucks you Into listening. I really like what they offer, just starting. I will pinpoint that voice lol.
