I have read the other reviews and am very surprised. Apparently Credit 9 has some work to do with training in customer service. However, the process as I am working through it has been nothing but professional with times for follow up adhered to; information related to me professionally handled and completely - and I do mean completely - explained. From the very first correspondence with Heather O, I was extremely pleased. She explained everything clearly, as well as answered every question I had. She called every time we set an appointment, without fail. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I've received.
I am only giving 3 stars for the moment because I just signed up for the program. I have read great reviews and I have read negative reviews. I’m hoping that I have made the right choice in joining this program. The only thing I hate is that I have to stop making my credit card payments while they negotiate with my creditors. Heather O******* was very professional, reassuring, and respectful of my time and situation. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a difficult and humbling time!
I must admit that the services was exemplary especially my rep Oscar. He was helpful and proficient. However, after reading through the agreement, I realized that the debt relief program was not a good fit for me. My primary concern was the fact that you, "voluntarily" stop paying your loans and credit cards while Americor is negotiating settlements. In the meantime, my 100% record of paying on time would be affected and I am reverting to square one.
