Todd was very helpful from our first conversation all the way through to closing on our house and then he followed up. I would highly recommend Todd. He was able to communicate at any hour, including weekends and promptly got answers to any questions we had. This was not our first house but allot of things have changed in the mortgage lending industry and Todd was up to date with it all. Thanks again Todd for all your effort!

As a first time home buyer i was a little nervous and confused at first about everything! Noah went above and beyond to make me feel at ease, very professional always making sure im good and that i understood everything. He just made my experience that much more greater! I greatly appreciated Cole’s guidance and reassurance during a very stressful time. I cannot recommend him enough. He was always available or quick to respond. He made sure to answer all my questions or concerns to the best of his ability. In this line of business I think it would be fairly difficult to find someone as caring and as dedicated as Cole. I truly and genuinely felt like he cared for us as his clients and wanted to make our experience as first time home buyers the best it could possibly be!

Grayson is amazing! He did everything to his fullest potential and did everything in advanced so we didn’t have to wait on anything. He was extremely quick at getting things done and always stayed in contact with us. He locked us in at an amazing rate! I would recommend him to ANYONE that is looking to purchase a home. Todd went above and beyond what I ever Imagined a Loan Officer would do. He spent many late nights, early mornings and weekends too, on the phone explaining every little detail with me. He had everything taken care of up front so there were no surprises when it was time for the final review. Pre-qualification letters were delivered promptly and all questions were answered by a representative with deep knowledge of the real estate transactions. The documentation requests indicated this was a serious lender doing its homework. I didn't end making an offer because the real estate market in the area I was looking seems overpriced, but I definitely would recommend this lender.
