I would recommend It took a few years for us to find a home and Thomas was very positive the entire process. I am sure my case was extra complicated because of my complicated income background but he plowed through it. Very cool

Go with Ryan I work in an industry that is tough to get financing for. Ryan found a way. He doesnt try to talk you into stuff he sets realistic expectations and aticks to em. There was a point we were about to give up, but he found a way. Our goal was a quick close and he got it done. Always responsive to questions and we had a lot. The title company also liked dealing with him and even said to me that he was one of the best.
