Our transaction wasn't the smoothest, because we did it backwards; we fell in love with a house before we even got pre-approval for a loan. Chris is a FANTASTIC loan officer! He is extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and always had a solution to our challenges. Our home purchase posed several challenges that Chris skillfully worked through to the end. When we thought this deal was likely over, Chris continued to push for and comeback with solutions. Right from the start, Chris was amazing throughout the entire home buying process. He made everything as simple as can be for my wife and I, who were going through the process for the first time. My husband and I worked with Cole, who went above and beyond to help ensure that we got our first house! As first time home buyers, we were treading unfamiliar territory but Cole explained everything every step of the way, helping to ease our worries! He was available any time of day. If he was not 100% sure of the answer to one of our questions, he responded VERY quickly and professionally. I would recommend him to ANYONE without a doubt!!
