This was our first time purchasing a home and we were so lucky to have Ryan by our side. Ryan had great communication and kept us updated every single step of the way. At times we did get frustrated (due to lack of understanding), but he was right there to reassure us and would give a more thorough explanation.

I cannot even begin to describe the strong, driven work ethic David has for his clients (especially in my particular, difficult situation). David can make the impossible, possible! Very detailed kept me on my toes with getting paperwork to him, went smooth and kept me updated daily by email, text or a phone call. any question he made himself available to insure I was updated with new updates and any questions i would have with the process.
